Standard Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Ad In will gladly accept returns of non-customized merchandise for a full refund or an exchange. Please call us toll-free at 1-877-568-2346 or e-mail info@adinathletic.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the RAN on the return/exchange form that was sent with your merchandise. Send us the competed form and the unworn, unwashed items in new condition within 14 days of receiving the RAN. We’ll refund your money or send out your exchange, no questions asked.

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

• Call our toll-free customer service line at 1-877-568-2346 or e-mail info@adinathletic.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.
• Fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order, including the RAN, and return it with the merchandise to Ad In within 14 days of receiving the RAN.
• Please indicate whether you would like to return or exchange the item.
• If you are exchanging merchandise, please make sure you indicate the item number/name you wish to exchange for, as well as size and color information.
• All exchanges will be charged at our standard shipping and handling rates.
• Return credits will be issued in the same form as the original payment. (Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit card to be credited for your return.)

Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Ad In Athletic reserves the right to refuse the return or charge up to a 15% restocking fee, if an item is returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Custom Purchases

Because a custom order is perfectly made for your specific measurements, we are not able to accept returns or offer exchanges. This includes any merchandise that is personalized, monogrammed or altered in any way for the recipient.
